1. The Prices are all in US Dollars FOB New Delhi, India.

2. The prices do not include any duty or charges payable at consignee destination.

3. Packing of goods to be in carton. Carton Size & Quantity of each carton to be depend on basis of item. If need     any special packing i.e. each bag poly, tag, label etc. then such charges to be added extra.

4. On customer request we can provide samples at customer courier cost.

5. Payment advance by TT through Bank if order value under USD 10000 or if order value above USD 10000 then     irrecavocable L/C at sight freely negotiable in India.

6. In caseof printed items Artwork processing charges to be added extra on basis of printing design.

7. Production time to be confirmed on basis of item quantity & design at the time of placing order.

8. Minimum order value should be US$ 2000.00 per shipment for single item or mixed items. In case of mixed     items quantity to be 500pcs. For each item.

9. We can make as per your choice fabric colour, require size & your own design. IN case of choice fabric     colour quantity to be 2500pcs. For each item.
